Instructions for downloading the offline version
  1. Download Arrow Utilities Toolbox The download is single executable file that contains all necessary program files.
  2. To extract the program files, open the downloaded executable and when prompted select a location on your computer's hard drive where you would like to store the files.
  3. When finished extracting, open the file named "start.html" to begin using the offline toolbox utility.
